Dunning-Krueger Effect

Chart I want to make:

  • X-axis: sustainability over time with respect to
    • access throughout your life (ex: time commitment; if you can do it with kids; etc)
    • how much it breaks down your body
  • Y-axis:
    • Ability to facilitate meaningful relationships
    • fun
  • Points to plot: activities
    • Biking, walking, basketball, lifting, dancing, concerts, tennis, yoga, etc
  • Regression / line: see which data points over perform
  • Also, see which are better when you’re younger vs older. And obviously it is just a chart and which data point activities you choose to participate are based on their preferences.
  • It’d be a good map to see which ones you could add to your toolkit / daily life
