Dunning-Krueger Effect
Chart I want to make:
- X-axis: sustainability over time with respect to
- access throughout your life (ex: time commitment; if you can do it with kids; etc)
- how much it breaks down your body
- Y-axis:
- Ability to facilitate meaningful relationships
- fun
- Points to plot: activities
- Biking, walking, basketball, lifting, dancing, concerts, tennis, yoga, etc
- Regression / line: see which data points over perform
- Also, see which are better when you’re younger vs older. And obviously it is just a chart and which data point activities you choose to participate are based on their preferences.
- It’d be a good map to see which ones you could add to your toolkit / daily life
